Affected Version: 2.11.x

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In side-by-side preferences, set a dark theme such as 'night', 'midnight' or 'twilight'
2. Expand an inline comment
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The comment is unreadable because it's white text on a yellow background.

Please provide any additional information below.

This was already fixed as issue 2964 in version 2.9.2 but is reoccurring now due to refactoring of CSS styles in 2.11.x
