Affected Version: Gerrit Code Review 2.10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clone a branch
2. Make changes in the cloned branch & commit them locally [note down the time commit happened]
3. Push the change for refs/for/<branch_name>
4. Click on "Submit" button in Gerrit, after the code-review process. [note down the submit time]

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is no expected output here, but the thing is... our set up has both gitweb and Gerrit.
gitweb is always showing the time stamp of a change when it is actually committed in the local but not showing the time stamp of when merged happened to the remote branch.

Looking at the gitweb its very confusing about the time stamps.
It would be better for other developers to know when a change is actually got merged to the remote branch... instead of knowing the commit time stamp.

When a developer is checking his/her log against the remote branch log in gitweb... it would be easy and better if developer can know when someone's change got merged to the branch... but not when someone's change committed..

Because local commit can happen today, and the code-review and "Submit" may happen tomorrow.. but gitweb is showing the commit time stamp... instead of when that particular change got merged to the branch... how to fix this ?
