Affected Version: 2.10.3.1

It is possible to add a comment in file that is not part of the patch (the file can be loaded by altering the end of the url in address bar) however it is not possible to post such comments, error message: file <file path> not found in revision <revnumber>,1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a patch
2. View the diff
3. Alter the url to view non-changed file in repo
4. Add comment in non-altered file
5. Go to patch main page
6. "Reply ..." > "Post"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Comments posted (or at least it is not even possible to create comments in non-changed files).
Actual: GWT-like dark screen error message.

Please provide any additional information below.

AFAIK it is intended that you cannot post comments on non-changed files. At least at the moment these files are not shown to reviewers and hence nobody will be able to see your comments.
