Affected Version: 2.9.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Push a change with lots of whitespace alterations, e.g. space->tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It would be nice if there was a way to exclude whitespace changes
from the change size calculation. An all-whitespace change can look
'huge' when nothing has really changed, and for changes with a
mixture of whitespace and non-whitespace alterations it is difficult
to use the size bar to gauge the impact.

This would ideally be per-user to match the diff settings.

Please provide any additional information below.
