What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select some text in diff view.
2.Press ctrl+c, expecting to copy selection (as in 100% of windows apps).
3.Get a new inline comment field generated.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect copy to clip-board. Get inline comment opened.

Please provide any additional information below.
Fails in Firefox 26.0. Works in Chrome.
