git diff highlights trailing whitespace on lines with red background if
diff.color is enabled.  Gerrit should do the same thing so reviewers can be
easily warned if a change is going to introduce trailing whitespace.  Usually
trailing whitespace isn't desired, as it provides no semantic value, so
helping reviewers to spot it and keep it out of the code base is a good thing.
