What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get Opera (12.02)
2. Go on any change-set page and click the 'side-by-side' link next to any changed file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: The view should change to display the diff of the file.
Actual: The 'working...' label will be displayed on top for a short moments, nothing happens, the view doesn't change.

I don't think so; In this bug, the tabs do not open at all. In the one pointed out by you, the tabs open but they don't show anything.

This is from the initial bug report for 878:
"What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of opening the review, there is an error on console"
I agree this is still an issue in 12.02, but I think it's the same bug (js error for not finding prettyPrintOne() )
