Source: JIRA GERRIT-90
Affected Versions: 2.0.4, 2.0.3
Environment: Ubuntu 8.04 LTS

Trying to setup Jetty over HTTPS per document link:
http://gerrit.googlecode.com/svn/documentation/2.0/install.html

Instruction line:
java -jar gerrit.war --cat extra/jetty_sslproxy.xml >$JETTY_HOME/etc/
jetty_sslproxy.xml

Getting error:
error: no such file extra/jetty_sslproxy.xml

Looked for file in both 2.0.3 and 2.0.4 versions.

The SSL file in question isn't in the bundle until 2.0.5.  It was introduced
after 2.0.4 was released.

The online docs are "bleeding edge", aka, what will be in 2.0.5.

You can get the file directly from the source repository for now:
