| Issue 827: | Cannot search for commits that were cherry-picked by Gerrit | |
| 1 person starred this issue and may be notified of changes. | Back to list |
Affected Version: 2.1.6.1 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Configure a project to cherry-pick changes when submitted. 2. Submit and merge a change. 3. Search for the commit ID shown in the "Change has been successfully cherry-picked as ...." message, e.g. by going to http://review.example.com/r/c8a793af31bcd6e98029d840d55c54adf801e506 . What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect to see the change page. Instead it shows no matching search results. Please provide any additional information below. The search works as expected if I search for the change ID or the commit ID of the last change set, so it seems specific to the submit-as-cherry-pick behavior.
