Somewhat similar to issue 117, but for the "Topic" field of change. Since it's not related in any way with moving of change between Git branches, I think it could be implemented in Web interface too

Scenario: 1. Working on branch, pushing 2 commits using topic TTT1. 2. (1) is under review, no merged. 3. Continue working on different patchset that depends on (1). 4. There is no way to push (3) with TTT2 without effecting (1)'s topic. Proposed solution, add topic to Change-Id, or add its own header. Examples: Change-Id: I2abda5778477faff09798a43cf3dc96435efb272/my-topic Or: Topic: my-topic I believe this is not minor, as it is difficult to manage patchsets without topics. Thanks!

With Gerrit 2.6 the topic of a change can be edited through the WebUI on the change screen.
