Reported by jessewil...@google.com, Sep 8, 2010
To reproduce:
Create a Gerrit instance with users "Jesse Wilson <jessew@foo.com>" and "Jesse Wilson <jessewilson@foo.com>". Type "jessewi" into the box.

Expected Results:
jessewilson@foo.com is selected.

Actual Results:
jessew@foo.com is selected

Why this is a problem? jessew@foo.com has started to receive a large number of spammy messages because it's now easy to autocomplete to the wrong name. Gerrit used to handle this case correctly, preferring to filter on email address only.

I think this is a duplicate of issue 607 .

Typing "jesswi" shouldn't complete to "jessew@"
because there isn't an "i" following the "w".
But dropping the last character typed as we see
in issue 607 would cause it to match, as then it
is using "jessw" as the completion input.
