Reported by code-rev...@gtempaccount.com, Sep 24, 2009
Reported by Shawn Pearce <sop@google.com> on Mon Feb 02 16:08:35 PST 2009
Source: JIRA GERRIT-61
Affected Version: 2.0.1

If a file is named at 100% similarity (dst has same SHA-1 as src) we get a
"Corrupt Database Entity" error.
