MINA SSHD supports consoles/tty allocation. We could
embed a library like JLine[1] and use it to control
the terminal while providing a basic shell with readline
like support.

At a minimum we would want the shell for an admin, so
they can connect to the server and use multiple shell
commands within one session, rather than needing to do
multiple logins.

We might also want to consider letting normal users have
an interactive shell so they can do multiple approve calls
in one session by hand. But this would contradict any of
the existing documentation/tutorials that shows the error
message "no shell available" as a successful authentication.
