Reported by code-rev...@gtempaccount.com, Sep 24, 2009
Reported by Joe LaPenna <jlapenna@gmail.com> on Tue Jan 27 00:01:48 PST 2009
Source: JIRA GERRIT-39
Environment: FF3.0.5 with blogger as my openid delegate.

When I try and authenticate with openid on gerrit2 using the identity
http://joelapenna.com and with my openid delegate set to
joelapenna.blogspot.com gerrit logs me in as "Anonymous Coward." The settings
page will not allow me to edit my identity information (username, real name,
etc).

Did you try editing your name in Settings > Contact Information, or
registering your email address?

Gerrit tries to obtain your name and email address from the OpenID provider
using both "OpenID Simple Registration Extension 1.0" and "OpenID Attribute
Exchange 1.0 ", but not every provider returns the information we ask for, and
sometimes they do and sometimes they don't.

Sounds to me like blogspot.com didn't return us the information we asked for.
Given that they also just launched, perhaps they aren't implementing the
extensions correctly, or at all.
