Affected Version: 2.11.5
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Leave a session to time out while looking at a changeset
2. Click on My -> Changes (or really anywhere)
There are two different "not logged in" error overlays - one is useful, and displays a link to sign in, and the other is not - it tells me I'm not logged in, and then only has a "cancel" or "continue" button, which just leaves me where I was.
It feels like one check is probably an AJAX response, and the other is a server-side check, but from the end user's perspective, it's confusing to have two different messages that meant the same thing.
Having the two use the same useful message/action would be a good thing. :)
