Affected Version:
v2.11.2
v2.10
v...
What steps will reproduce the problem?
You will be surprised but believe me when I tell you that this is happening on the Sprint network...
I doubt if I will get very far with Sprint so I am hoping it can be resolved here.

I have reproduced the issue using a Sprint phone with Chrome as well as a Sprint Zing hotspot to a Mac with Chrome.

1. connect to internet on Sprint network LTE/Spark
2. go to site http://review.cyanogenmod.org/ or http://gerrit.aokp.co or any other gerrit site
    (we have our own...)
3. web site just stays on: 'Loading Gerrit Code Review ...'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expected output is list of open items in gerrit. seen is 'Loading Gerrit Code Review ...'

Please provide any additional information below.

In Chrome with developer tools I identified that the following return an error 404:
curl 'http://review.cyanogenmod.org/gwt/chrome/7CF1DE6EF2AABFEFAE4D469A16D60071.cache.css' -H 'Accept-Encoding: gzip, deflate, sdch' -H 'Accept-Language: en-US,en;q=0.8' -H 'User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/46.0.2490.80 Safari/537.36' -H 'Accept: text/css,*/*;q=0.1' -H 'Referer: http://review.cyanogenmod.org/' -H 'Cookie: __cfduid=d991c4a187e35d5e98725ce8d4d2b36ba1446765975' -H 'Connection: keep-alive' -H 'Cache-Control: max-age=0' --compressed

If I switch to another network provider then it is successful but the URL is:

It is possibly related to some optimizations Sprint is doing...

https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/google-web-toolkit/RU2WC0R9I3g

quoting:
We had an issue with Sprint "optimizing" the page by inlining scripts. As a result, there was no source attribute for the nocache script which prevented it from loading the other scripts (which are on a different server from the host page).

A Shift + reload seems to work on Chrome...
