A user reported to me that the '[' and ']' keyboard shortcuts weren't properly working in Gerrit when he had clicked inside a diff viewer in CodeMirror. This issue was *only* reproducible when he was using a German keyboard layout. When he switched to an English layout, this issue went away. Also, he is currently using Firefox 39 (and we also saw the issue on Firefox 32).

An exact quote from the user:
"Ok, it seems to be the keyboard, with english keyboard setting it works everywere, with german setting it only works when clicking on the upper rim...strange."

I'm not sure what's meant by "upper rim" -- but hopefully this will make more sense to someone else with more familiarity with German keyboard layouts. I know they do have more alternate keys (AltGr?).
