Reported by jlot...@meetme.com, May 26, 2015

Affected Version:

Gerrit 2.11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Using Firefox 38.0.1 on Mac...
1. Open file for code review where the file is long enough that looking through the changes should require scrolling.
2. Click on the browser scroll bar (Fast or Slow rendering both show this issue)
3. Scroll using the scroll bar.
4. Release your click on the scroll bar, and move your mouse over the content display in the browser window.
5. See as the code is still scrolling up and down despite not actually signaling the page to be scrolled.

What is the expected output?

No scrolling.

What do you see instead?

Scrolling.

Please provide any additional information below.

This was tested on multiple Firefox installations, including one without any plugins.

This issue should be fixed in 2.11.1. Since 2.11.1 is not released yet, can you build latest of stable-2.11 branch and test it?

Can you just delete all the lame custom scrolling code and just let the browser manage it instead? You'll never make anything as good, so why not focus your efforts on fixing the rest of Gerrit?
