Affected Version:2.10-rc1-1253-g7285c8f

This problem does not affect Chrome.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open any file change in sideBySide2 with enough line to have a scroll bar
2.click and hold down the scroll bar(mouse-down)
3.move the cursor to scroll
4.Release the scrollbar(mouse-up)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to get out of scrolling mode but instead, even though I am no longer holding the scrollbar, moving the cursor keep scrolling the page

Please provide any additional information below.
