What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set custom notification lights for your applications
2. Set your phone's profile to "None"
3. Receive notifications for your applications: no status led

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see notification lights since it is the only way to know i have some unread notifications when my phone is set to "none".

Please provide any additional information below.
Tested on "bacon" device. Last build tested is 12/21/2014
