************************************************************ ***** NOTE: THIS BUG TRACKER IS FOR GERRIT CODE REVIEW ***** ***** DO NOT SUBMIT BUGS FOR CHROME, ANDROID, INTERNAL ***** ***** ISSUES WITH YOUR COMPANY'S GERRIT SETUP, ETC. ***** ***** THOSE ISSUE BELONG IN DIFFERENT ISSUE TRACKERS! ***** ************************************************************ Affected Version: 2.9.2 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Create SSH tunnel to hosted service. The gerrit service runs on internal network at address http://gerrit/ when I need to access from home I setup local port forwarding so I can access same service through http://localhost:1234/ 2. Login (my setup has LDAP configured, but I don't know if that matters). What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I should be forwarded back to the main site (http://localhost:1234/ on successful login. Instead a network timeout occurs. Looking at network activity, after the login my browser attempts a GET of http://gerrit/ instead of http://localhost:1234 Please provide any additional information below. Manually loading http://localhost:1234/ will load gerrit and maintain my successfully logged in status.

Some work was done on the login redirection in 2.10, can you try with latest of stable-2.10 branch?
