Affected Version:
2.9
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Take two projects “childProjects” and “parentProject”, where the latter is the parent of the first. In the project configurations, include the following sections:
parentProject:
Reference: refs/*
Submit:
Allow “submitGroup”
Block “Anonymous Users”
childProject:
Reference: refs/*
Submit:
Allow “submitGroup”
Block “Anonymous Users”
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect to be able to submit a change if I am a member of the group "submitGroup". This is not the case.
