The Gerrit SSH commands need help available.

I think if a command is not found, it should display a "--help"-esque list
of commands and/or a link to the Gerrit documentation.

Running "help" should also provide this:

$ ssh -p 29418 localhost help
Gerrit Code Review: help: not found

$ ssh -p 29418 localhost gerrit help
gerrit: help: not found
