Affected Version: 2.9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Submit a patch with files containing valid C# code (.cs files).
2. Make sure to use side-by-side diff mode.
3. Open the .cs file in side-by-side diff.
4. No syntax highlighting.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Syntax highlighting should work (and it does in unified diff mode).

Please provide any additional information below.
Syntax highlighting works in unified diff mode. I'm told that the same problem exists for .xaml files but haven't verified.

Would be trivial to add, as CM3 supports it out of the box: [1].
