| Issue 270: | LDAP auth causes ssh_user_name to be upper case | |
| Back to list |
Reported by Mark Keisler <mark@mitsein.net> on Thu Aug 27 14:49:58 PDT 2009 Source: JIRA GERRIT-271 Affected Version: 2.0.19.2 Environment: linux, jetty, apache My LDAP server returns uid in upper case. We always use our login ids in lower case and making the switch to LDAP will break ssh authentication into gerrit. There should be a config option to crush case of ldap.accountSshUserName for people that need it. I currently have a workaround by using a Pg trigger to always lower the case of ssh_user_name.
