See: https://code.google.com/p/gerrit/issues/detail?id=1217#c4 Affected Version: What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Go to https://review.openstack.org/#/settings/ without a username set 2. Notice that there is no BIG WARNING TEXT to tell you that setting a username is a VERY PERMANENT action which CANNOT BE UNDONE and which, if set in a way that doesn't match your Launchpad ID, will make you RUE THE DAY you clicked outside the entry field, thus saving the username 3. Set the wrong username. 4. Regret this forever. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expected a BIG WARNING for an action which is VERY PERMANENT and which I MIGHT REGRET if I didn't know there was a HIDDEN CONSTRAINT and NO UNDO. Please provide any additional information below. I think a simple label saying "Setting your username is permanent and can't be undone. Please choose wisely." would be a big step forward. Even better would be a dialog saying the same and requiring an extra click to confirm you mean to do this.
