************************************************************

Affected Version: 2.5.4 using the latest Chrome Version in OSX ( version 32.0.1700.107)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to gerrit.chromium.org using the version of Chrome above
2. Review a large file in a changeset such as https://gerrit.chromium.org/gerrit/#/c/68701/3/src/dsp/dec_neon.c
3. Expand a group of skipped common lines
4. Try to comment on a line in the bottom of the file. On the first click of double-clicking, the browser brings you to the top of file, not allowing you to comment on the target line at the bottom.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to be able to comment on lines event if I have chosen to expand groups of skipped lines.

Please provide any additional information below.

As I mentioned, this happens with Chrome Version 32.0.1700.107 but it works with Firefox.

I believe it's the updated of the new Chromium that broke this functionalities on Gerrit.
