Affected Version:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrade from 2.6.1 to 2.8 as described in release note.
2. Start Gerrit.
3. Load web-ui, all changesets and projects that are in subfolders of gitpath fails to load any pages at all. The repos themself still serves fine.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All projects/changesets should load after upgrade.

Please provide any additional information below.

I should add that setting --code-review etc. over ssh works fine aswell.

This sounds like the common "The two options AllowEncodedSlashes On and ProxyPass .. nocanon are required since Gerrit 2.6." issue that users run in to frequently.

No problem, I'm glad this solved your issue. I wonder if we could do something better to detect this issue internally, and display a warning to the user about a bad configuration...
