| Issue 2315: | REST-API: FetchInfo is empty when download-commands-plugin is not installed | |

In 2.7, FetchInfo [1] was populated with the following request: http://example.com/a/changes/?q={NUMBER}&o=CURRENT_REVISION&o=MESSAGES In 2.8, it empty. When installing the plugin "download-commands", it is populated again. I cannot find any note about this change. Is this the desired behavior? I need fetch-infos for my IntelliJ plugin [2] in order to do Git commands. If this is not available by default, it will stop many people from using it because they are not allowed to install plugins in their setup.
