Affected Version:
4.4-20131128-i9300-NIGHTLY

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Keep the phone in idle for more than 10 minutes
2. Try to bring it out of sleep mode (click power button)
Note: Happens randomly.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: The screen will turn on and the lockscreen will be displayed.
Instead: The screen stays black and I have to press the volume-up + powerbutton for 10 seconds to be able to reboot the device.

Please provide any additional information below.
The freeze occurs in ART and Dalvik mode.

What I can see in the log:
- There are alot of "has text relocations. This is wasting memory and is a security risk. Please fix." messages near the end.
