| Issue 2210: | Error in replication plugin's documentation | |
| 1 person starred this issue and may be notified of changes. | Back to list |
Affected Version: 2.7, master
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://localhost/plugins/replication/Documentation/config.html
2. Search for 'Host host-one.example.com:' OR 'Host mirror*.us.some.org:' in page.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should not be a ':' at the end of the host line. This breaks the replication plugin's configuration. In the man page for ssh_config there is no mention of requiring a ':' character.
Please provide any additional information below.
From man file:
Host Restricts the following declarations (up to the next Host key-
word) to be only for those hosts that match one of the patterns
given after the keyword. '*' and '?' can be used as wildcards in
the patterns. A single '*' as a pattern can be used to provide
global defaults for all hosts. The host is the hostname argument
given on the command line (i.e., the name is not converted to a
canonicalized host name before matching).
