| Issue 2207: | Query for CodeReview does not find any changes | |
| 1 person starred this issue and may be notified of changes. | Back to list |
Affected Version: 2.7 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Create changes with CodeReview -2, -1, +1 and +2 2. Create changes with Verified -1 and +1 3. Use query: "CodeReview-2" or "CodeReview-1" or "CodeReview+1" or "CodeReview+2" What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I would expect to see the commits which have the corresponding code review scores. Instead I do not see any commit. Please provide any additional information below. I tried it with the web interface as well as with the commandline via ssh. The query for Verified works fine.

That works. Thanks. But it is quite confusing, that it works for verified and not for CodeReview... Moreover it would be really nice if a warning or whatever would appear since these queries worked in older versions.

The new syntax is described in the search documentation [1]. There are still a couple of inaccuracies in that version; they have been corrected in the version that will be released with 2.8 [2]. However this bit seems to either be still wrong, or just not working any more: A label name is any of the following: [...] The one or two character abbreviation shown in the column header of change list pages. Example: label:R or label:V [1] https://gerrit-documentation.storage.googleapis.com/Documentation/2.7/user-search.html#labels [2] https://gerrit-documentation.storage.googleapis.com/Documentation/2.8/user-search.html#labels
