Affected Version: 2.6.1 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. git archive --remote=url://to.git.repo branch path/to/dir | tar -x file What is the expected output? What do you see instead? It should download a file. Instead, I get: Gerrit Code Review: git-upload-archive: not found Please provide any additional information below. This is using the trick from here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3642143/get-a-single-file-from-a-remote-git-repository
