| Issue 201: | Migrate all of system_config to gerrit.config | |
| Back to list |
Reported by Shawn Pearce <sop@google.com> on Thu May 28 19:24:24 PDT 2009 Source: JIRA GERRIT-201 Affected Version: 2.0.13 The replication and git configuration goes in a totally different set of files under /etc/gerrit; and of course some important things can only be edited directly in the DB. It would be cleaner if we move everything to a single set of files, and avoid the DB configuration entirely. We do have a chicken-and-egg problem of finding $site_path in the first place. Maybe with a stand alone Jetty deal we can just make it a command line argument, and be done with it, e.g. `java -jar gerrit.jar --site-path=/etc/gerrit`.
