Reported by code-rev...@gtempaccount.com, Sep 24, 2009
Reported by Shawn Pearce <sop@google.com> on Wed May 27 14:42:51 PDT 2009
Source: JIRA GERRIT-197
Affected Version: 2.0.12

If there are no differences when viewing a file (e.g. comparing patch set 1
and patch set 2 where the file hasn't changed between them), the 'f' keyboard
shortcut is gone. This is because its registered by the
AbstractContentPatchTable, which isn't visible, so it disabled all of its
keybindings.
