Affected Version: 2.5.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Modify etc/gerrit.config to include
[auth]
	type = HTTP
[cache "web_sessions"]
	maxAge = 59 s

2. restart gerrit
3. access any page within gerrit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a) If this maxAge config is wrong gerrit should report an error during startup.
b) If the maxAge config is valid then I should be able to login and have a very short lived session.

Please provide any additional information below.
Tested on firefox 19.0.2 on MacOS X
