It should not just underline the current top selection but also underline the current second line selection.

That is, if I click on Projects it highlights it, good, then if I click on List it displays the list but should also highlight the "List" now.

If I click on a repository to open, it should display its general settings and highlight the "General" link.

If I now click on the "Branches" it should highlight the "Branches" and so on it gives you a constant idea where you are in the UI navigation.

I've made this suggestion to Shawn in private. I'm talking about the first 2 lines (used for navigating) in the Gerrit UI. It highlights what the current selection is on the first line (Projects, People, Plugins, etc) but does not highlight the current selection on the second line. This is a bit confusing (for example, navigating Projects/List/<project-name> opens the General settings window but since that's not highlighted on the second line it's not clear where you are).
