When doing a review and adding a lot of comments it is hard to keep track of what comments have been handled. Both for reviewer and author.
I would like to have a function where you can see count of/links to all comments that have not been set as "done". Then the author can keep track and know that all issues are handled on a particular change set before pushing an update.
The reviewer can then also quickly see that all comments on previous patch sets are acted upon. If not, there should be a response on why it is not acted upon and the reviewer can accept the answer by clicking done.
Then when all comments are acted upon (done) or rejected (new quick response?) reviewer can feel safe to +1/+2 the patch without having to go over all previous patch sets and comments and new changes in latest patch set.
