Reported by code-rev...@gtempaccount.com, Sep 24, 2009
Reported by Shawn Pearce <sop@google.com> on Thu May 07 20:28:19 PDT 2009
Source: JIRA GERRIT-167
Affected Version: 2.0.11

Sometimes ignoring whitespace can help to view the change better, especially
if the bulk of the lines modified are actually just an indentation shift due
to adding or removing a control statement around a block of code.

This could be implemented by adding an option to DiffCacheKey that indicates
if we should pass whitespace ignore options down to git diff-tree.
