For large reviews, it would be great if the links on the main review page were anchor links, so that if I open a file for review and later click Back, the review page would open scrolled down to the file I was just looking at.

Flow:
-- Open Review A, scroll to Patchset 3, File foo
-- Click on foo, (review code)
-- Click browser Back, gerrit returns me to https://gerrit.twitter.biz/#/c/11337#ps3/foo or similar, scrolled down to File foo (or even to patchset 3 would be good!)

I believe this is a duplicate of issue 348 .

Not quite, although it's similar, and they should probably be considered together.

issue 348 is about anchoring on comments, this is about anchoring on files/patchsets (ideally, both could be implemented)
