Affected Version:Version 2.4 Last updated 2012-05-25 11:23:07 CEST What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. submit a draft patch set 2. hit 'rebase change' 3. a non-draft patch set is created What is the expected output? What do you see instead? if a patch set is a draft, the patch set created from a rebase should also be a draft. Instead of that, it's a regular set. Please provide any additional information below. This is a problem for our team because all non-draft patch sets are built in our CI environments, and these rebase patch sets are not intended to be built (which gets in the way of other builds, makes us take time to go in and cancel it, etc.)
