Especially when enabling "Manual Review" in the diff preferences, it is useful to have a keyboard shortcut to toggle "Reviewed".

That way one can start at a file and navigate with ] to the next file. Especially with large commits that may not be viewable at once, this is useful.

Without "Manual Review" and using the "Open all in tabs" it marks everything as reviewed even the tabs one didn't look at yet.

And even when using "Open all", that only eliminates the need to navigate to the next file. There it'd still be nice to have a keyboard shortcut to do the review.

Not excatly want you've asked for, but with [1] I've added a key command that marks the current patch as reviewed and then goes to the next unreviewed patch. This is the same workflow that was implemented by [2]. This saves you the pressing of ] since the navigation is done automatically.

This is implemented but don't now as part of what case. 'r' toggles review status in diff view.
