| Issue 139: | enable non-zip download of binary files with safe extensions | |
| Back to list |
Reported by JT Olds <jtolds@xnet5.com> on Fri Apr 17 15:24:54 PDT 2009 Source: JIRA GERRIT-139 Affected Version: 2.0.10 Now that Gerrit supports downloading the old and new versions of a binary file, we should support downloading site-administrator specified "safe" extensions without wrapping them into a ZIP container first. For example, a Gerrit server on a corporate intranet that has relatively well-trusted users might wish to directly download Microsoft Office document files, to make it easier to open them for review. (This started in GERRIT-132 but has been split out into its own issue.)
