| Issue 1299: | The project access history gitweb link is wrong for ${project}.git URLs | |
| 1 person starred this issue and may be notified of changes. | Back to list |
Affected Version: 2.3rc0 (probably all though)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup Gerrit
2. Configure cgit
3. Have projects that have .git in their name on disk
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Have cgit link points to the correct cgit URL for the history of the access controls changes on the project.
Please provide any additional information below.
This could probably be addressed in the same way as branch, project and revision are in the gerrit.config file under the [gitweb] heading. Something like:
[gitweb]
url = ...
refs = ${project}.git/log/${file}/?h=${ref}

I've pushed a fix for review [1]. It would be nice if you could verify it, since I don't have a cgit installation available to test it. [1] https://gerrit-review.googlesource.com/34360

Thank you! I've reviewed the patch and it looks good. I will test the fix this week.
