| Issue 110: | git replication doesn't recover from temporary network outage | |
| Back to list |
Reported by Shawn Pearce <sop@google.com> on Wed Mar 25 09:53:14 PDT 2009 Source: JIRA GERRIT-110 Affected Version: 2.0.9 If the network link between the primary and a mirror goes down temporarily while a change is being created or a branch merged, the new ref won't be pushed to the mirror, due to the network outage. When the network recovers, the mirror is not brought current until that ref is modified again, which means that change refs (refs/changes/nn/ccnn/p) won't ever fix themselves as they are create only. We should ensure we sync all refs during the mirror push.
