Affected Version: 2.9

I had two dependant commits (A is the parent):
A --- B

Then I needed to add another commit between them, which resulted in:
A --- C --- B'

Opening A in gerrit shows in C correctly in the Related Changes tab, but B appears with "not current" dot and links to the first patch set, in which B depended directly on A.

Instead, it should show B' (PS2 of B) without the dot.
