Affected Version: 2.8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a project named Project on a Windows host
2. Clone the project with wrong capitalization. e.g. user@server/PrOjEcT
3. Push a change for review
4. The change is pushed successfully, but the dest_project_name field has wrong capitalization. This affects searches, watched projects and more...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Clone should fail when capitalization is wrong.
2. Project name should be normalized on push (in case the user set the remote after cloning).
