Reported by r...@android.com, May 5, 2014
Affected Version: 2.9-rc1-505-g40bc657

Chrome: Version 34.0.1847.131 m

Host: Windows 7 x64.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set screen or browser window height to 700 px
2. Have a long reply comment (say 20 lines long)
3. Try to post it by using the "reply" button.
4. This opens the reply form with a "Post" button.

OBSERVED:
A- the "Post" button ends up at the bottom of the window. If the comment is long enough, the Post button will be past the bottom of the window and not visible.

B- If I then try to scroll the window using chrome's vertical scrollbar, the reply form is collapsed and vanishes.

Bottom line I can't submit the comment since I can never scroll down to reach the Post button.

EXPECTED:
- Scrolling page down should NOT auto-close the reply-form.

Please provide any additional information below.

Please find screenshot attached. In this one the Post button is barely visible. If I make my comment one-line longer, the Post button is outside of the window size.

WORKAROUND:

- I'm on a laptop with a reduced screen size (1280x720), I cannot make the window larger.

- I can use Ctrl-- to zoom out in Chrome, making the page small enough that the whole comment fits in so that I can actually click on the Post button.
