Affected Version:
2.8 new change screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.View a changed file which has patchsets which did not change it.
2. Select patchsets with no changes to this file so "No differences" is displayed.
3. Reduce the browser width until "No differences" overlaps the file path.

Example:
https://gerrit-review.googlesource.com/#/c/52762/12..13/gerrit-server/src/main/java/com/google/gerrit/server/git/ReceiveCommits.java

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

"No differences" should not overlap the filename. The file path should be abbreviated or "No differences" should be relocated to the end of the file path so it does not overlap.
