When viewing access rights for a project, some of the rights entries
may be rules which are overridden by other rules and thus not really
applicable to the current project. There should be an easy way to
hide these overridden rules. The simplest way would be to provide
a checkbox similar to the "hide inherited rules" checkbox that says
"hide overridden rules".

A more advanced version of this would group all the overridden rules
underneath the rule which overrides them and would make the individual
group of overridden rules easily expandable and collapsable as a unit
(instead of at the project level) with a twisty triangle on the rule
which overrides the group.

While the current design of the access rights screen can already
cause difficulties in rule comprehension on some sights, it is likely
to get much worse if multiple inheritance is ever implemented (as
suggested in issue 710) since they will likely be many more cases
of conflicting rules which get overridden.

We now have git-store changing this and issue 710 is going in too. This would be a big help.
